Kailyn Sharp is an associate with Delfino Green & Green, where she focuses primarily on plaintiff-side personal injury, long-term disability (ERISA), and employment misclassification matters. She attended Golden Gate University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and with a certification in public interest law. During law school, Kailyn was a member of the Pro Bono Honor Society, completing over 1000 hours of pro bono work. She worked as a law clerk for Disability Rights California and later interned at the San Francisco Public Defender's Office. She has received numerous academic awards for her achievements in legal writing, research, trial advocacy, appellate advocacy, and more. For undergraduate school, Kailyn attended California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. She graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Communications. She was born and raised in the Bay Area.
