Jennifer De La Campa

Jennifer de la Campa grew up in Southern California. With her South American ancestry, Jennifer became fluent in both English and Spanish at a very early age. She also decided fairly early in life that she wanted to help people, particularly those who were disabled or disadvantaged in some way. She realized that by practicing law, she could best assist those most in need. 

Jennifer attended College at UCLA and Law School at the prestigious University of California, Hastings College of the Law. At UCLA, Jennifer graduated cum laude (with honors). While at Hastings, she was selected to work at the Civil Justice Clinic where she volunteered her time to help low-income, disabled individuals obtain the benefits they had been previously denied. Also, because she was completely fluent in two languages, she was asked to perform translation services during client interviews and court hearings. She also received a law school award for being the top-ranked student in her class. 

During Law School, Jennifer spent her summers working for the Federal Courts in Los Angeles and then in Oakland. There, she learned the intricacies of the Court processes and procedures. After graduating, she was asked by the Oakland Court to return to work there for an additional two years. During that time, she continued to hone and develop her knowledge and skill with respect to Courtroom procedures and practices. Jennifer was also responsible for reviewing the positions of the parties, researching those positions and preparing a written report to the judge regarding those positions. 

In her private practice, Jennifer has focused almost exclusively on protecting the rights of the injured and disabled. Before coming to Delfino Green & Green, Jennifer worked at several top-rated personal injury firms where she was second chair for many trials and developed the expertise and skill that she now uses to help Delfino Green & Green’s clients obtain the maximum possible recovery. 

Jennifer is a member of the California State Bar Association, the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, Contra Costa Bar Association, and the Marin County Bar Association. 

Jennifer continues to volunteer her time in assisting the economically disadvantaged obtain their day in Court.
